Essences are basically a water solution usually preserved in brandy or vodka which holds the energetic signature or vibration of the flower, plant, crystal, environment, colour, sound etc that has been transferred into the solution.

The most well known of all is the Bach Range although there are many other independent essence producers producing a wide range of essences.

The essences act as a healing tool, allowing the subtle energy system to realign and rebalance the body holistically.

All of our courses encourage the student to explore the ever growing ranges of essences out there but also we like to promote the student to feel able to make their own as well.
